These photos are somewhat misleading. My extra layer of belly fat is really only apparent when I sit down or wear tight shirts. Because of that, I've been sticking to loser fitting tops. As for my wideness, I still have 1.5inches on my waist, and 1 inch on my hips to lose. Along with exercising and eating a high protein, high fiber, moderate carb diet I also am trying morning detoxes.
