These photos are somewhat misleading. My extra layer of belly fat is really only apparent when I sit down or wear tight shirts. Because of that, I've been sticking to loser fitting tops. As for my wideness, I still have 1.5inches on my waist, and 1 inch on my hips to lose. Along with exercising and eating a high protein, high fiber, moderate carb diet I also am trying morning detoxes.
Per 24ounces:
3 Mint leaves
1/4 cucumber
1/2 lemon
Let soak overnight

ReplyDeleteI am with you tho (much bigger and larger), the belly looks flat when standing but when I sit, it's a flab fest. I want to tighten things a bit. I hope detox and abs will get me there.

DeleteYou look great! I'm not sure how I will fair after pregnancy,.. I'm a fit and active person normally, so hopefully that will help. My sis had 2 kids and is pretty much the same as pre-pregnancy size/body with no effort. Hopefully genetics will really on my side!!!!
